Key Responsibilities*Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors
*Oversee audit planning, execution, and completion to ensure high-quality delivery
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
*Support and mentor senior managers and audit teams
*Contribute to the firm’s growth through business development activities
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Requirements*ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Extensive experience in audit within a UK accountancy practice
*Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Proven ability to manage a client portfolio and drive business growth
