Job Title: Production Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Minimum 4-6 weeks (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate: £14-£16 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Liverpool Street, London
About the Role
We are recruiting a Production Assistant to support a lean and busy Product Development team within a fast-paced fashion environment. This role is focused on administrative and system support, ideal for someone highly organised, methodical, and detail-driven. The team works across outerwear, leather, jackets, footwear and accessories, across multiple seasonal collections and capsule ranges.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting Product Development teams with day-to-day administrative tasks
*Creating and managing purchase orders (POs) and updating trackers
*Updating PLM systems across product and raw material development
*Completing sampling and production Bills of Materials (BOMs)
*Receiving and checking showroom samples against packing lists
*Maintaining raw material standards, archives, and libraries
*Supporting overall team workflow
About You
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Calm, methodical, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
*Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills
*Experience using PLM systems or supporting product teams is desirable but not essential
*Background in administration, office support, team coordination, or data/tracker management is welcomed
*Prior fashion or product experience is beneficial but not a requirement
