KS3 & KS4 Cover Supervisor

A co-educational Church of England Secondary Academy located in Chichester, West Sussex is seeking a motivated and flexible Cover Supervisor to join their team!

The Role
You will be responsible for supervising classes of students aged 11-16 years old during teacher absences, ensuring learning continues productively. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, and maintain a focused and effective learning environment. This role may also require providing additional support to students with special educational needs.


The Ideal Candidate
*Experience working with secondary aged students
*SEN experience / ability to support additional needs
*Confident and adaptable in a classroom setting
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students
*Genuine enthusiasm for supporting young people
