Customer Support AdvisorHours: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.71
We are recruiting for an office-based Customer Support Advisor to join a busy, customer-focused team in Warrington. This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an organised, process-driven environment with opportunities for long-term progression.
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
*Provide professional, timely, and accurate responses to customer requests
*Process orders, service updates, and administrative information within internal systems
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records
*Liaise with internal teams to support issue resolution
*Follow established processes to ensure compliance and service consistency
*Assist with a range of general administrative tasks
*Contribute positively to team performance and continuous improvement efforts
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Prior experience in administration or customer service
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
*Confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
*Professional, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Desirable
*Experience using CRM or customer management systems
*Background in supporting operational or service-focused teams
Working Pattern
*Office-based role in Warrington
*Monday to Friday, full-time hours
*Temporary-to-permanent arrangement (performance and business need dependent)
