Description
*Manage the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
*Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance.
*Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and regulatory reporting.
*Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
*Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
*Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
*Maintain and improve internal controls and processes for financial operations.
Profile
The successful Management Accountant should have:
*A recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
*Proven experience in financial management within the professional services industry.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and tools.
*Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
