Our Plymouth office is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful commercial team, recruiting across Exeter and the surrounding areas. This is a rare opportunity to take over a well-established, developed desk within a powerhouse team known for developing exceptional recruitment talent.

Your Role Will Involve:
*Proactive business development
Making outbound calls and attending networking events to build long-term client partnerships.

*Client meetings
Visiting clients on-site across West Devon and Cornwall to fully understand their hiring needs.

*Relationship building
Delivering outstanding service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey.

*Performance focus
Working towards targets, KPIs and clear performance measures to drive your success.
