Job Description:
Customer Service Advisor (Part-Time) – Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking two part-time Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in Harrow, conveniently located near the station. These roles are offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to become permanent.
This is a job share position, with both successful candidates working a combined total of 21 hours per week (approximately 3 days per week each).
Both candidates will be required to work on Mondays, with the remaining working days to be agreed. The role is primarily office-based, with a minimum requirement of two days per week in the office. Following successful completion of the probation period, there will be the opportunity to work from home one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
*Deliver clear, concise, and accurate communications, both verbally and in writing, ensuring an appropriate and professional tone at all times.
*Provide timely, fact-based information using appropriate communication channels.
*Adapt communication style to effectively engage with a variety of individuals and situations.
*Maintain professionalism during challenging interactions, managing disagreements constructively to avoid conflict.
*Consistently deliver high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
*Proactively support colleagues to contribute to overall team success.
*Actively participate in team activities, demonstrating collaboration and a positive, constructive approach.
*Remain adaptable and open to change, responding professionally to evolving business needs.
Experience and Skills
Essential:
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a professional office environment.
*At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
*Proficiency in using customer service software and systems.
