Customer Service Administrator
Yeadon, Leeds (Full-time, Office-based)
Circa £26,000 (flexible depending on experience)
37.5 hours per week (9–5, with a 4pm finish on Fridays – some flexibility for 8–4)

This is a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit team of 3–4 people, where everyone pitches in and supports each other. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate team, but also across sales and other departments, giving you great exposure across the business.
The role:You’ll be supporting B2B customers across the UK, helping to manage and process orders from start to finish. Day-to-day, you’ll be:
*Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
*Processing and managing orders
*Sourcing products and liaising internally to fulfil requirements
*Working on the company’s in-house system (with a new ERP system on the horizon)
