Join my client who are a fast-growing and entrepreneurial law firm, as a Junior Credit Controller within their finance department. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of one of the UK’s fastest-growing law firms.
Duties
Chasing overdue invoices via letter and email
Monitor and manage the credit control processes
Monitor debtors to ensure timely payments
Address any payment delays or discrepancies promptly
Liaise with clients, lawyers and internal teams to resolve billing queries
Processing credit notes/ write offs as required
Support the team leader
Ad hoc duties

Strong numeracy and an eye for detail
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Work under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Confident dealing with senior lawyers, management and clients
Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 9am-5pm on Friday
The role will be 2 days from the office and 3 from home.
