This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs in inclusive, nurturing environments.
About the Role:*Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
*Support the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and tailored learning activities
*Assist class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment
*Offer personal care support where required, in line with individual needs
*Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
*Build strong, trusting relationships to support pupil confidence and engagement
What We’re Looking For:*Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within SEND settings
*A genuine passion for supporting pupils with diverse needs
*A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
*A valid DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one
