Visiting Available Homes Officer*Location: Hybrid – Leatherhead or Haywards Heath (covering Brighton & Chichester)
*Rate: £19.36 PAYE / £24.56 Umbrella
*Job Type: Temporary Contract (subject to extension)
*Requirement: Must be a driver with access to a car
We are seeking a Visiting Available Homes Officer to join our team. This community-based, hybrid role combines fieldwork with administrative tasks, aimed at ensuring our homes are let quickly and efficiently. If you have a positive mindset and strong customer focus, this could be the perfect role for you.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Carry out property inspections, viewings, and sign-ups across Brighton & Chichester.
*Work closely with internal teams to support the lettings process.
*Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
*Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve ways of working.
*Travel regularly across the designated regions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A positive, proactive approach and excellent team-working skills.
*Flexibility to support a range of tasks as required.
*Strong organisational and customer service skills.
*A full driving licence and access to a car (essential).
*Ability to work independently while representing the organisation professionally in the community.
Additional Information:
*This position is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
*Mileage will be paid for business travel.
