Tenancy Specialist (Temp)
London N5 | Hybrid

The Opportunity
A leading national Housing Association is looking for an experienced Tenancy Specialist to step into a fast-paced temp role. You’ll be the go-to expert for tenancy fraud, ASB, domestic abuse cases and legal enforcement, making a real impact for residents and communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead on tenancy fraud, subletting & RTB fraud investigations
* Manage complex ASB cases, guiding frontline officers
* Prepare legal files and manage enforcement action
* Represent the organisation at court (fraud, ASB & tenancy cases)
* Work closely with Police, local authorities & partner agencies
* Handle complex tenancy cases (successions, end of tenancy reviews)
* Support and safeguard vulnerable residents, including domestic abuse cases
What You’ll Bring
*Proven experience in tenancy management, ASB or fraud
*Strong knowledge of housing law & legal processes
*Confidence managing high-risk, sensitive cases
*Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
