We are currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of residential or commercial properties by handling tenant relations, rent collection and maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and be proficient in various office tasks.


Responsibilities:
*Tenant Relations & Leasing: Support the daily operations of residential or commercial properties by handling tenant relations, collecting rent, and managing agreement signings.
*Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate tenant records, managing files, distributing notices, and updating property management software.
*Maintenance Coordination: Coordinating with vendors for repairs, inspecting properties, and ensuring units are ready for move-in.
*Financial Management: Collecting rent payments, issuing late fee notices, and processing invoices.


Required Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
*Experience: Previous experience in property management, real estate, administrative or customer service.
*Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and property management software (e.g., payprop/landlord vision).
*Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with tenants, contractors, and owners.
*Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks.

Pay: £28,00.00 - £30,000.00 per year
