Reed Accountancy are working on a retained basis with a globally connected, family-run business in Glastonbury to recruit a Part-Time Finance Assistant into a friendly and established finance team.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on position supporting the day-to-day running of the finance function, offering genuine variety and exposure across the full transactional finance cycle.
Key Responsibilities
*Sage 50 bookkeeping and maintenance of accurate financial records
*Bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations
*Sales and purchase ledger management
*Credit control and customer account management
*Processing staff expenses and claims
*Month-end processing, including journals and reconciliations
*General accounts administration and query resolution
*Supporting budgets, audits, and stock takes as required
