Female PE Specialist – All-Girls Secondary School – WandsworthPart-Time (Mondays Only) | Start ASAP | Until 12th June 2026
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Female PE Specialist to join a welcoming and high-achieving all-girls secondary school in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate PE teacher looking for a part-time role with full teaching responsibilities.
Role Details*Position: Female PE Specialist
*Location: All-girls Secondary School, Wandsworth
*Working Days:Mondays only
*Start Date:ASAP
*Contract: Long-term, until Friday 12th June 2026
*Type: Full teaching responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will undertake all duties expected of a long-term PE teacher, including:
*Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons
*Marking and assessing student work
*Attending relevant departmental and whole-school meetings
*Participating in parents’ evenings
*Supporting the wider PE department
*Teaching and supporting students across KS3 & KS4
*Upholding safeguarding, behaviour and school-wide standards
Candidate Requirements*Female PE specialist (required due to supervision/changing-room duties)
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge in Physical Education
*Confident teaching across KS3–KS4
*Excellent communication, organisation and classroom-management skills
*Ability to commit to Mondays for the full duration of the assignment
