This Sales Administrator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales function and contributing to the smooth running of daily operations.
About the Role:
*Providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
*Processing sales orders, quotations, and contracts accurately and efficiently
*Acting as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues
*Maintaining and updating CRM systems and sales databases
*Preparing reports, schedules, and sales documentation
*Supporting the sales team with general coordination and diary management
*Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
About You:
*Previous experience within a sales administration or office support role
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems
*Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
*Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
