Job Description:
Production Operator Role.

Due to continued investment and expansion , we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our friendly team in Basingstoke.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am - 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities
*Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures at all times.
*Work safely and considerately as part of a small, supportive team.
*Follow trained work instructions on the machine production line.
*Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.
*Monitor adherence to standards and ensure any breaches are resolved quickly and effectively.
*Communicate clearly with the Lead Operator at all times.
*Proactively plan and organize your time to meet delivery targets and minimize line downtime.
*Support efficient execution of planned interruptions, ensuring production is restarted as quickly as possible.
What We’re Looking For
*A positive team player with a strong work ethic
*Ability to follow instructions and standards accurately
*Good communication skills
*Reliability and attention to detail
*Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
