Administrator – Join a 5 Luxury Experience!
Salary: £29,500
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30 (with weekend shifts – because the magic never stops!)
Location: Stunning, picturesque Ascot
Ready to step into a role where no two days are the same and every detail matters? We’re looking for a super-organised, people-loving, can-do Administrator to join a luxury hospitality team that’s all about creating unforgettable guest experiences.

What you’ll be doing:
*Be the right hand to the F&B Manager and outlet teams – keeping everything running like clockwork
*Manage office admin, supplies, bookings, and correspondence with ease
*Coordinate diaries, meetings, and communications (you’re the ultimate organiser!)
*Support with menus, promotions, and a bit of creative research & competitor insight
*Help maintain a flawless, five-star environment – from guest experience to office presentation
What we’re looking for:
*A background in hospitality
*Strong admin and organisational skills – spreadsheets don’t scare you
*Confident using MS Office (Opera/Delphi = bonus points!)
*A team player with great communication and a proactive mindset
*Flexible and ready to shine on weekends, holidays, and special events
