Description
Reporting into the Legal Director you will play a key role in advising the business on:
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
*Regulatory and compliance-related matters
*Pragmatic legal support and training to internal stakeholders
*Corporate, governance, and policy matters
*Managing external counsel where required
*Process improvement and development of internal legal frameworks
Profile
The successful candidate should have:
*Legal qualification in the UK
*Experience in handling matters within the insurance or financial services industry
*Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
*A thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
