Production Team Leader
*Annual Salary: Competitive, based on experience

They are seeking a Production Team Leader who is passionate about leading a team, maintaining organisation and delivering high-quality products. Day-to-day of the role:
*Lead and support a small team in their production area, ensuring all members are clear on their roles, feel supported and work safely and efficiently.
*Manage the daily operations of their embroidery and heat print machines, playing a key role in personalising apparel such as hats, t-shirts, bags and towels.
*Oversee the planning of workloads, quality checks, machine maintenance and stock levels to ensure timely completion of orders.
*Foster a positive work environment, maintain open communication and address any issues that arise, ensuring the team meets its production goals.
*Collaborate with the management team to keep all processes on track and ensure products meet their high standards before they reach their customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in supervising or leading a team, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
*Experience with embroidery or similar machinery is highly beneficial, but not mandatory.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions confidently.
*A proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in all aspects of the production process.
