Reporting into the Senior Employee Relations Manager this Employee Relations Advisor role is a great opportunity offering:

Key Responsibilities Incl. But are not limited to:
*Lead and manage a varied ER caseload (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, flexible working)
*Coach and influence managers to ensure fair, consistent and compliant decision-making
*Advise in line with employment law, internal policy and best practice
*Support complex/high-risk cases and employment tribunal preparation
*Analyse ER data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
*Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
*Support organisational change activities (e.g. restructures, contract changes)
Elevation People & HR team are keen to speak with people that have the following skills and experience:
*Proven experience managing ER cases within a busy HR environment
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
*Confident stakeholder management and coaching skills
*Ability to handle sensitive and high-risk situations professionally
*Must have a full clean drivers license and willingness to travel
*CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
