Are you an experienced Forklift Driver looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing and environmentally focused business? Our food-waste processing plant in Dagenham are looking for a reliable, safety-minded Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our yard team.
What You’ll Be Doing*Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading waste materials and finished products
*Supporting yard operations, including sorting, moving and staging materials
*Working both independently and as part of a busy team
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard environment
*Following site safety procedures at all times
Shift Pattern*4 on / 4 off rotating
*Days and Nights
*12-hour shifts (providing excellent work/life balance)
What We’re Looking For*Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence - essential
*Experience working in a busy yard, warehouse or industrial environment
*Good awareness of health & safety
*A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
*Reliability and flexibility - this is a key operational role
