Job Description:
Role: Clinical Project Coordinator (Contract)
Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 2/3 days onsite)
Hours: Full-time
Pay: £550 - £650 LTD/UMB per day OR £415.29 - £490.80 PAYE (excluding holiday pay)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Project Coordinator to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading organisation within the pharmaceutical development space, based in Welwyn Garden City.
This is a 12-month contract (outside IR35) offering the opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and innovative environment, supporting the delivery of complex drug development programmes.

The Requirements:
*Ideally under 10 years’ experience in Program or Study Management
*Demonstrates strong potential and growth mindset within programme/project environments
*Experience supporting cross-functional project teams (clinical, regulatory, or similar)
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to work in a collaborative, matrix environment
*Familiarity with project management methodologies or tools
*Degree or background in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
The Role:
*Support global programme teams in the coordination and delivery of drug development activities
*Assist with programme planning, tracking milestones, and maintaining documentation
*Facilitate team meetings, ensuring actions and outputs are clearly captured
*Work closely with senior programme leads to support decision-making and governance processes
*Contribute to maintaining programme timelines and identifying potential risks/issues
*Support communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
*Assist in driving effective ways of working within the team environment
