We have just received the details for an exceptional EA opportunity with a fantastic investment management firm based in Central London. They are a long-standing client over ours, with a very welcoming, sociable culture where everyone mucks in and supports one another. They have a close-knit admin team who you will work very closely with. The wider London office has grown to over 100 people with other international offices, making it a brilliant time to join. They are ideally looking for someone seeking longevity and stability within a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Complex diary and inbox management
• Organising domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
• Preparing daily and weekly schedules
• Processing and tracking expenses
• Scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
• Preparing presentations and meeting materials
• Booking restaurants, taxis and coordinating logistics
• Assisting with team events, offsites and board meetings
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ EA experience required
• Corporate office experience required
• Confident, articulate, and well-presented with strong communication skills
• Approachable and proactive
• Highly organised and maintains the ability to multi-task effectively
