The Company
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to play a central role in delivering and evolving our marketing activity across the UK, while working closely with our US marketing team.
We’re an established recruitment business specialising in Technology with a strong track record built over the past two decades.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where you’ll be a key point of contact for marketing across the UK business, while also contributing to wider international initiatives alongside the US team.
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality marketing output, supporting consultants in developing their personal brands, and helping to drive inbound engagement.
Alongside core marketing responsibilities, you’ll take ownership of planning and running networking events that strengthen our presence in the market and create opportunities for the wider business.
It’s a role that suits someone who is organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working at pace while managing multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities
*Produce and manage content across a range of digital channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs and video
*Design and develop marketing collateral such as pitch decks, proposals and branded materials
*Support consultants in building their personal brands and using marketing tools effectively
*Monitor campaign performance, tracking lead generation and presenting clear, actionable insights
*Contribute to ongoing SEO improvements and website optimisation
*Collaborate with both UK and US marketing teams to align activity and share best practice
*Plan, organise and co-host networking events and industry meetups
*Maintain effective internal communication to support the sales function
*Manage lead flow and ensure opportunities are effectively passed to the sales team


Requirements
*A well-rounded background in a hands-on marketing role with exposure to multiple channels
*A practical understanding of SEO and how to apply it to improve performance
*Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
*Confidence working with data, tracking performance and drawing useful insights
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
*A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to work closely with different teams, including international stakeholders
