Key Responsibilities:
*Design and deliver engaging, adapted lessons that meet the unique needs of every learner

*Support pupils with a variety of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

*Create and track personalized learning plans and EHCP targets

*Partner with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and specialists to provide a team-around-the-child approach

*Celebrate student progress by adapting strategies to ensure no one is left behind

*Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-energy learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*Real-world experience supporting children or young people with SEND

*A deep toolkit of inclusive teaching strategies

*Excellent communication skills and a "team player" attitude

*A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature

*Familiarity with EHCP processes (this is a plus, but not a dealbreaker)
