A respected London-based financial planning firm is seeking a Senior Paraplanner to support an established HNW client base, delivering high-quality, holistic advice in a genuinely collaborative environment.
This is a senior, technically focused paraplanning role where quality takes priority over volume. You’ll be closely partnered with experienced advisers, helping deliver sophisticated planning solutions for wealthy individuals, families, and business owners.

*Exposure to complex cases including estate planning, tax efficiency, pensions, and investments
You’ll be involved throughout the advice journey, contributing insight from initial planning discussions through to final recommendation.
As a Senior Paraplanner, you’ll play a key role in:
*Producing bespoke HNW suitability reports across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning
*Conducting in-depth technical research and cashflow modelling for complex client scenarios
*Supporting advisers with tax-efficient planning strategies (IHT mitigation, retirement structuring, intergenerational planning)
*Ensuring advice meets the highest regulatory and compliance standards
*Acting as a senior technical sounding board within the paraplanning function
The ideal profile:
*Extensive experience in a Senior Paraplanner or complex HNW paraplanning role
*Strong technical knowledge across investments, pensions, and estate planning
*Diploma qualified as a minimum requirement
*High attention to detail, confidence, and professionalism
*Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with advisers
