Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is a key leadership role within a busy, fast-paced venue, ideal for a hands-on chef who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and supporting both the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver outstanding, consistently high-quality food across all services
*Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
*Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team during service
*Take a hands-on approach to menu development, specials, and seasonal dishes
*Ensure all hygiene, health & safety, and food standards are maintained
*Assist with kitchen organisation, preparation, and service flow
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef
*Confident leader with a proactive and positive attitude
*Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Availability to work evenings and weekends
