Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Property Inspections Manager for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodford.
The ideal candidate must have previous Property Management/Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record.
Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.
You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.
Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Inspections Manager:
*Basic £30,000 - £35,000
*8.30am - 5.30pm
*3/4 day working week (salary pro rata’d)
*Private medical insurance
*£25 per instruction
*Additional earning incentives
*Day off for birthday
*Additional holiday entitlement for every 2 years of service (capped at 6 days)
*Team social events
Responsibilities for the role of Property Inspections Manager:
*Carrying out external property inspections
*Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs
*Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld
Keys Skills for the role of Property Inspections Manager:
*Previous Property Management/Inventory Clerk experience with a proven track record
*Dynamic with strong organisational skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Strong negotiation and communication skills
*Excellent presentation and communication skills
*Proficient IT skills
*Articulate and ambitious with the drive to succeed
*Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential
*Strong at timekeeping and time management.
*Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
