Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying flexibility and work-life balance?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to work on a flexible supply basis across multiple primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, broaden experience and secure consistent work around your availability.
The Role
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
*Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement
*Adapt quickly to different school environments
*Provide high-quality teaching in the absence of permanent staff
*Opportunities for short-term, long-term and day-to-day supply
What We’re Looking For
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of ECT year
*Open to newly qualified and early career teachers
*Confident classroom management skills
*Flexible, reliable and professional approach
*Passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress
