As a Client Adviser, you will play a vital role in the ongoing success of the business, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and helping them protect what matters most. Full training and structured development are provided, making this role ideal for someone keen to grow their knowledge and confidence within a regulated industry.
What you will be doing:
*Managing new enquiries, policy alterations, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner
*Delivering a consistently high level of customer service to build strong, lasting client relationships
*Identifying and maximising inbound sales opportunities through cross-selling insurance and financial services
*Confidently using multiple software systems to manage client information and communications
*Taking part in team meetings and ongoing training to stay up to date with industry standards and regulations
What we are looking for:
*A positive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
*Comfort working within a regulated environment and the ability to absorb and retain detailed information
*Confidence using a range of computer systems and software platforms
*A fast learner who can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
*A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language and Mathematics
What is on offer:
*Competitive salary of £23,132 to £32,000, depending on experience
*Monday to Friday working hours, 9am to 5pm, with a one-hour lunch break
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional day off for your birthday
