We are hiring multiple Senior Product Analysts to join a fast-growing, data-led organisation where analytics plays a central role in shaping products, strategy and customer outcomes. This role offers real ownership, strong visibility, and the chance to work on high-impact product decisions within a collaborative, high-performing environment.
The Company
We are a digital financial services business operating at scale, with a strong focus on building intuitive, customer-first products. Data is deeply embedded across product, engineering and operations, and analytics is seen as a strategic partner rather than a support function. We are profitable, growing quickly, and continuing to invest heavily in our people, technology and long-term product vision.
The Role
You will work as a Senior Product Analyst embedded within product teams, using data, experimentation and stakeholder collaboration to inform product strategy, optimise performance and improve customer outcomes at scale.

*We define, refine and embed clear metrics to measure product performance and customer outcomes

*We design and evaluate experiments to test hypotheses and inform product development
*We quantify trade-offs across customer experience, revenue, cost and risk
*We build dashboards, deep dives and scalable analytical tools to support decision making
*We communicate insights clearly and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong SQL capability and confidence working with complex, high-volume datasets
*Experience operating in a fast-paced, data-led environment such as fin tech, financial services, consulting or a high-growth digital business
*Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions
*Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI
*Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
*A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in learning and continuous improvement
What We Offer
*Base salary between £45,000 and £70,000, with flexibility up to £75,000
*Annual bonus of up to 10 percent
*Employer pension contribution of 7 percent
*Private medical cover and additional well being benefits
*Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week in a modern London office
*Up to 120 days per year working from abroad
*Strong progression pathways, structured development support and funded learning opportunities
