Microsoft Data & Analytics Practice Lead
£600–£675 per day | Inside IR35 | Initial 6 months
Location: UK (occasional travel)
A market-leading technology organisation is seeking a Microsoft Data & Analytics Practice Lead to help shape and scale its Microsoft Data & Analytics capability. This senior role combines practice leadership, technical authority and pre-sales engagement, supporting enterprise-scale data and analytics transformation.
You will lead the evolution of Microsoft Fabric, Purview and Power BI propositions, support new business activity, assure complex solutions, and develop high-performing data teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Shape and deliver the Microsoft Data & Analytics practice strategy and offerings
*Support pre-sales, bids and senior client engagements
*Provide technical leadership and assurance across enterprise solutions
*Lead and develop architects, engineers and analysts
*Embed strong governance, security and ethical AI standards
Required Experience
*Proven leadership in Microsoft Data & Analytics within consultancy or large enterprise environments
*Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Purview, Power BI, data architecture and modelling
*Experience with Python, PySpark and T-SQL
*Confident influencing senior stakeholders and shaping enterprise solutions
*Eligible for SC Clearance (five years continuous UK residency)
