Air Source Heat Pump Installers required – Reading & Surrounding Areas
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Lucrative Bonus Scheme (OTE £52K)
Looking for your next move in renewables? We’re hiring experienced ASHP Installers to join a leading domestic building services provider with major contracts across the region and over 350 PAYE staff!

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience installing Air Source Heat Pumps / an ASHP Engineer role
Relevant plumbing/heating qualifications
Knowledge of MCS standards and building regulations
Full UK driving licence
Your day-to-day will include:
• Installing Air Source Heat Pump systems efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality finish
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with MCS regulations, building regulations, and industry best practice
• Carrying out repairs, minor works, and remedial call-backs when required
• Liaising with residents and clients to communicate work being undertaken
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
