Technical Sales Assistant-Ipswich- Pipe and Climate Centre

As a Technical Sales Assistantbased in Ipswich, youll be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* Speaking to suppliers to source and get quotes on cost for parts, materials and special order items for customers.
* Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 with 1hrs break. No weekend work required.
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Technical knowledge on Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Experience working with trade counter/front facing - essential
* Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
* Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
* Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
