Programme Operations Manage Wiltshire
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office
Our client is looking for a Programme Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity and strong operational rigour to a fast-paced in-house advertising environment.
This is a hands-on, lead-level role for someone who understands how advertising teams work and enjoys building frameworks that improve delivery, resourcing and governance.
What You’ll Do*Run a programme / PMO-style function for the advertising team
*Own resource planning, demand planning and utilisation analysis
*Create governance, documentation and efficient ways of working
*Allocate resources across multiple marketing teams
*Use data to support decision-making and improve delivery
What We’re Looking For*Experience in an advertising or marketing-led environment
*Background in programme operations, PMO or resource planning
*Organised, analytical and confident working across teams
*Senior capability with a hands-on mindset
