Job Description:
Job Title: Car Sales Executive
Salary: £20,000 basic – OTE £60,000 – uncapped
Hours: Monday to Saturday, day off in the week and 1 in 3 Sundays
Others: Company Car & Fuel Allowance included for private use
Location: Basingstoke
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family-run dealer group with Dealerships in the Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire areas. We are recruiting for a new and used Car Sales Executive to join their busy Basingstoke Dealership.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading and innovative brand, with excellent training and development opportunities. Working as part of an experienced team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will put your sales expertise to use in a busy customer-facing environment. Customer satisfaction, retention and loyalty is the key to your success, and you will be encouraged you to build relationships with existing customers.
Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:
*Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service.
*Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified and fully managed throughout the sales process.
*Advise customers on finance and insurance products, upselling where possible
*To have outstanding knowledge of the brands products and services to ensure the customer receives the best service possible
*To build, manage and maintain a list of viable prospects by maximising all sales leads
*Pro-actively conduct telephone sales activity to generate new prospects and manage customers in the sales cycle.
Key Requirements:
*You will be a target driven-driven and customer-focused sales executive with previous experience within the motor trade
*Possess excellent customer facing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
*Strong negotiation skills
*Well-presented and able to engage and build positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
*Results focused, you will be resilient to manage customer objections and to learn from feedback.
