The Role
*Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
*Providing 1:1 and small group support to help students access the curriculum
*Building trusting, consistent relationships with pupils who need your support
*Collaborating with class teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans
*Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
About You
*Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential)
*Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
*Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for inclusive education
*Knowledge of positive behaviour support strategies
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
