The RoleAs a teacher in an SEN setting, you will:
*Deliver engaging, accessible lessons in your specialist subject (Science, English, or Maths)
*Adapt learning to meet a wide range of additional needs
*Build strong, trusting relationships with students
*Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
*Help learners grow in confidence, independence, and achievement
*Work closely with a supportive SEN team who share your goals

What We’re Looking For*QTS or QTLS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
*PGCE or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge in Science, English, or Maths
*A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
*A genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs
*SEN experience is beneficial but not essential
