3-month contract (initial)
Umbrella rate: £38–£42 per hour DOE
We’re recruiting an experienced Homeless Prevention Team Leader – Families to join a local authority’s frontline housing service on an interim basis. This is a key leadership role, managing a specialist team delivering statutory homelessness prevention and relief services to families.
You’ll play a vital part in ensuring high-quality, legally compliant decision-making while supporting and developing staff in a fast-paced environment.
Key experience required:
*Frontline housing or homelessness experience at Team Leader level
*Strong understanding of housing and welfare legislation
*Proven people management, coaching and staff support skills
*Experience monitoring budgets and expenditure
*Confident working in a multi-disciplinary environment
*Experience chairing action-focused case conferences
