Location: North London ( ONSITE)
Salary £31-33,000
Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours a week.
FLT License - Desirable ( can be trained)

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Assistant Depot Managers and Depot Manager with the safe and efficient running of our well-established client. You will team lead staff and volunteers, coordinate daily tasks, maintain high standards of safety, and ensure that surplus food is received, handled, stored, and distributed effectively to our client partners.


*Oversee goods-in processes, including receiving surplus food donations from retailers, wholesalers, farms, and suppliers.
*Manage stock rotation and maintain accurate traceability records.
*Report hazards, equipment issues, or food quality concerns promptly.
*Communicate clearly and respectfully with drivers, partners, visitors, and suppliers.
*Ensure food is sorted, quality-checked safely stored within chilled and ambient areas.
*leading a team of 4, managing holiday, sickness, cover, 1-2-1s,
*Allocating daily tasks ( picking packing, goods in & good out etc)
*Stock checks
*Use of Forklift/ reach when required.
