Graduate – Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor PathwayAre you a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in schools and take your first (or next) step into education?
We’re recruiting enthusiastic and reliable graduates to work as Teaching Assistants, with the opportunity to progress into a Cover Supervisor role — offering higher daily pay and greater classroom responsibility.
The Role*Support pupils across KS3–KS4 in a secondary school setting
*Work alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
*Provide 1:1 or small group support where needed
*Progress into Cover Supervisor duties (lesson delivery & classroom management)
