The team are expanding into Europe and are looking for a top-ranked Associate to join and focus on the origination, execution, and asset management of direct equity transactions from the London office. What the job involves
*Involvement in the full deal process, from origination through to execution
*Coordinating external advisors and reporting on due diligence
*Evaluating and screening investment opportunities
*Monitoring the existing portfolio and exits
Who we are looking for *Experience of working in a fund or in a TMT / digital infrastructure investment banking team
*First-class academic track record and good financial modelling skills
