Job Title: Marketing Manager, 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
Reports To: Head of Marketing
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join a leading, legal client on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. This is an exciting generalist role suited to a hands-on marketer who is comfortable operating across strategy and execution within a legal environment and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned to firm and practice area priorities
*Create and manage high-quality content (articles, newsletters, client communications)
*Manage email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
*Support and manage social media activity
*Plan and deliver client events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives
*Collaborate with partners and business development teams on pitches and proposals
*Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all materials
*Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide marketing guidance
*Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance and ROI
Skills & Experience: *Experience within professional services industry, preferably legal
*Strong understanding of B2B marketing and business development principles
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
*Proficiency with digital marketing tools (CMS, email platforms, analytics tools)
*Experience supporting pitches, proposals, and client engagement initiatives
*Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset
*Understanding of GDPR and marketing compliance requirements
