*Assist in assessing the firm’s resilience maturity against recognised frameworks (e.g. ISO 22301, DRII, BCI).
Required Experience
*5+ years’ experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, IT Operations, or Technology Risk, ideally within financial services.
*Hands-on experience coordinating or participating in DR and BCP exercises, including failover and failback testing.
*Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive issues through to resolution.

Preferred Experience
*Experience within hedge funds, asset management, or complex financial services technology environments.
*Understanding of cloud-based and hybrid DR architectures.
*Experience working with external auditors (Big 4) on BCP and DR-related reviews.
*Exposure to global operational resilience regulations (e.g. FCA, SEC, MAS)
