Essential Experience

*2-5 years in investment banking, project finance, transaction services, advisory, or a similar analytical financial environment.
*Demonstrated experience in Responsible Investment / ESG, ideally within private markets, infrastructure, or broader real assets.

*Knowledge of infrastructure or real assets sectors.
*Additional European language skills (French, German, Danish) are a plus.
*ESG-related certifications (e.g., CFA SI, SASB / IFRS FSA) are helpful but not essential.
