Job Description:
Summary
This position sits within an investor-facing function at a global alternative investment manager. The role supports senior leadership responsible for relationship management and client servicing.
The individual will be heavily involved in managing investor communications, preparing investment materials, and supporting relationship development across institutional and sophisticated investor channels. Collaboration with regional and global colleagues is a core part of the role.
Responsibilities & Scope
Analysis, Content & Strategic Support
*Prepare and refresh a range of investor-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and written updates
*Conduct comparative research and market analysis to support fundraising, positioning, and strategic discussions
*Provide insight on peer activity and broader industry trends using internal and third-party sources
*Contribute to special projects supporting product initiatives and firm-wide priorities
Investor Engagement & Relationship Coordination
*Support investor meetings by preparing briefing documentation, coordinating logistics, and participating where appropriate
*Respond to ongoing information requests from existing and prospective investors, including structured diligence processes
*Assist in managing relationship data and engagement records within internal systems
*Help track and organise pipeline activity related to capital raising and prospect development
Operational, Regulatory & Process Contribution
*Monitor and support distribution-related considerations across multiple jurisdictions
*Assist with conference participation and external events, including completion of questionnaires and profiles
*Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve information management through technology and automation tools
*Partner with colleagues across regions to ensure consistency and efficiency in external communications
Experience & Attributes
*Strong organisational capability with a proven ability to manage detail across multiple workstreams
*Professional communication style and sound judgement when handling confidential information
*Prior exposure to financial markets and investment strategies, ideally within an alternatives-focused environment
*Comfortable producing high-quality written and visual materials using standard business software and CRM systems
*Interest in adopting new tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance productivity
*Solid academic background with several years of relevant professional experience
