Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Services Manager to oversee the management of property services across all our locations, ensuring high standards and effective delivery of customer-focused property management services within aleading charity providing supported housing for vulnerable adults.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and oversee the Property Services Team, ensuring effective staff development and performance management.
*Ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused property management services residents and their dependents.
*Maintain property to the high standards residents expect, ensuring all health and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
*Monitor performance outcomes and objectives, providing regular management reports on key performance indicators.
*Ensure property services comply with best practices, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
*Manage day-to-day property services expenditure within the budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Five years of property management experience within a local authority, housing, or similar setting.
*Three years of experience managing staff.
*Strong knowledge of repairs, voids, maintenance, asset compliance, and management.
*Good understanding of the legal and regulatory context of property services.
*Demonstrable commitment to continuous professional development.
