I’m currently working with a well-established and highly respected planning and development consultancy that is looking to expand its team with the addition of a talented Town Planner in their Wilmslow office.

The team has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice and maintaining long-term client relationships.
The RoleAs a Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting and managing a variety of planning projects from inception through to determination. You’ll be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio and contributing to successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
*Conducting site appraisals and planning research
*Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
*Supporting senior team members on complex projects
*Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes
About You*Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
*Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
*Previous experience in either consultancy or local authority
*Strong report writing and communication skills
*A proactive and commercially aware approach
