Key Responsibilities*Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30)
*Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour management
*Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent support between home and school
*Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress
Essential Requirements*Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare
*Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
*A commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
